How near is the apartment to York?

York Penthouse is in the centre of York. We are five minutes walk from York City Walls and six minutes walk from York Railway Station.

Do you have parking?

Yes. The apartment has its own private parking space for one vehicle. This is in a gated car park which is free to use for the duration of your stay.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Current check in time is at 4pm and check out is by 10am. However, if the flat is not booked the day before or after your stay, it may be possible to be flexible with these times, subject to our cleaner’s working times.

Is there a lift?

Yes. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the building has a lift.

Is York Penthouse suitable for children?

Yes, families are very welcome. As the apartment is on the top floor and we have a Juliette balcony, we ask guests with younger children to ensure that children are not left unsupervised in the lounge when the door is unlocked. We have installed a high hook so that the door can be locked and the key secured out of reach for peace of mind.

We can provide a highchair on request and for older children there are a small selection of games like Uno & Dobble.
